Question 1: We use the word, “Love” in many ways. How is it different to say, “I love tacos” and “I love my family”?

Question 2: How do we sometimes confuse/mistake love with something else?

Question 3: When we don’t feel good about ourselves and who God created us to be, we allow others to tell us to do things we wouldn’t just to make ourselves feel accepted and loved. Have you ever told someone that to be loved they need to do  . . . or have anyone ever told you that? That’s NEVER love. Love is patient and kind, never arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on its own way.

Confirmation Ministry begins this fall online for all 7-9 grade youth

Our Saviour’s has a rich history of passing on faith through Confirmation Ministry.  That tradition continues this fall, although it will look a bit different.  Families of students, grades 7, 8, and 9 this fall should have received a welcome letter and registration form in the mail.  If not, email Deacon Brett (brett@oslc-appleton.org) or access the forms below.  Simply mail or email it back as soon as you can.

Once we receive your registration form, we will be sending out a zoom invitation to attend a virtual confirmation orientation with the students and a parent.  We look forward to connecting with you again this fall.
